We’re a virtual global team solving a real global problem – localisation management.

Our founders, Tatiana and Torin, met at ClassPass where they worked hand in hand at the forefront of its accelerated global expansion which turned the company into the first unicorn of the decade. When their job there was done, they asked themselves (and each other) “What if we could help those who are about to embark on a similar journey make sure that localisation doesn’t become such a huge challenge for everyone involved?”

The next day they got WeWork as their first client, and that’s how they started Grow-thru. It’s been more than three years now, and Tatiana has finally stopped saying that we should “productise consulting”. So here we are, thrilled to have you guys as the first beta users of this Grow-thru 2.0 prototype!
